Yin Yoga with Donna
The class is all floor based.
We hold postures for around 3 minutes to allow our bodies to settle into the stretch with the support of our cushions and blocks, this helps to give the mind opportunity to relax in the stillness.

This class will aid in giving suppleness & flexibility through the body by helping to focus on tight, over/under used muscles. The class will be suitable for joints that need support. This class is solely Mat work with no standing.
