DESCRIPTION:- Nurture your body and mind in a gentle and supportive environment, tailored to accommodate physical limitations. Explore a variety of therapeutic postures, stretching, and toning through yoga. Each week, discover new ways to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and foster overall well-being.

DESCRIPTION: Focusing on healing and rejuvenation, using gentle mat work and relaxation to calm the mind and soothe the body. Support will be given throughout the class

LEVEL:- Suitable for all levels


DESCRIPTION: Melt away stress and tension. Through a combination of gentle stretches and breathing technique. Having this full hour to soothe the body, and restore your sense of well-being. Ending off with longer relaxation

DESCRIPTION:- Start your day in harmony with the energy around us. This class is tailored to the seasons and we learn a 6 week sequence. Through mantras, asana & breathwork. We will begin your day feeling refreshed, renewed, and back in balance.

DESCRIPTION:- Explore yoga postures in a fun and accessible class, blending elements of Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Using various equipment to encourage variety through your practice.
